I ordered from Insectsales.com and the whole thing left a bad taste. There was an issue with my shipment, and trying to get a replacement turned into this slow, confusing back-and-forth. At first it sounded like they were going to make it right, but then every step felt like another delay or excuse. When I finally asked for a refund, it really started to feel like a bait and switch, like they were happy to take the money but not so interested in actually fixing the problem. The replies weren’t very helpful, and I never got a clear solution. Super frustrating, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered 50 insects and only counted 34 when they arrived. i already had a feeling these kinds of orders end up being short sometimes, and this just kind of confirmed it for me. Definitely not okay when you’re paying for a specific amount.

Way too many of them showed up dead, which was disappointing.

I just didn’t feel like it was "worth the money." For the price, I expected a lot more, and it ended up being way too pricey for me...

I was really hoping this would turn out better, but the temperature protection didn’t seem like it held up that well. The box was warm when it arrived, and the insects didn’t look too good when I opened it. A few were already dead, which was disappointing. Anyway, it might’ve just been the weather, but for live insects, I expected the shipping protection to be a bit more reliable...

My order showed up smelling bad and definitely not fresh. Some of it looked dried out, and a few were already dead when I opened the package. I was disappointed, especially for the price. On top of that, dealing with it felt like way too many steps, which just made the whole experience more frustrating...

I did get updates, and they were helpful enough, but sometimes they came slower than I expected. What bothered me more was that there wasn’t really any human contact. It felt like I was just waiting on automated messages instead of being able to check in with an actual person

My order took so long to show up and the updates barely told me anything useful, so I was just sitting there checking over and over with no real idea what was happening, and after that I don’t think I’d trust this site again.

Checkout was easy enough and quick, the shipping options just took a little bit to show up.. not a big deal though, I still got my order placed without any real hassle

I've ordered from insectsales.com a few times now, and it's kind of been up and down. Some orders showed up fine, bugs were alive and packed decent, no real complaints there. But a couple batches had more dead ones than I figured they should, which was annoying. It's not like the whole thing was a disaster or anything, just kinda rough when one order is good and the next isn't. I just wish they were more consistent

I ordered some feeders and most of them showed up alive and moving around well. A few looked sorta weak from shipping, but it wasn’t a big amount. Overall I’m happy with the order, just wish the packing was a little better. Would’ve been 5 stars otherwise

I checked out insectsales.com hoping to browse a decent variety of insects, but there just wasn’t much there. The selection felt limited right from the start.

A bunch of the stuff I expected to find was either missing or looked like it was out of stock, so I kept clicking around and basically seeing the same few things over and over. What made it more annoying was that the site kind of gave off this vibe like I should already know exactly what I wanted, which felt a little talked down to as someone just trying to compare options.

Maybe it’s fine if you’re looking for one very specific insect and they happen to have it, but if you’re browsing or hoping to choose between a few different options, it’s disappointing.

I placed my order weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. I’ve been waiting and checking for updates, but it feels like nobody really cares or is taking it seriously. Super frustrating.
